John will talk about and read from his latest books, Journal of the Plague Years, at the Stanley Community Library. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
A recorded oral history of John will be presented for the first time at the Stanley Community Library, as part of the Sawtooth Interpretive and Historical Association’s ongoing Oral History Project. The program will also be livestreamed.
In the interview, John shares memories of his family's history in the Wood River and Sawtooth Valleys, his experiences as a Wilderness Ranger, and the changes he's seen during his 70-plus years in the area.
John will talk about and read from his Journal of the Plague Years books at The Community Library. There will be a signing afterwards. For in-person attendance, registration is required here. The reading will also be livestreamed and the recording available afterward.
